This powerful premiere screening event includes:

• STORY ONE: Facing food and body image shame as well as trichotillomania with Melanie Warman (joined by her mother, Leslie Lowe)

• STORY TWO: Breaking free from Sex and Love Addiction with Hollywood actress, Brianne Davis

• STORY THREE: Speaking out what was once unspeakable with L.A. celebrity chef, Katie Chin - a story of finally addressing her family's history with mental health struggles and suidcide

• STORY FOUR: Acknowledging his worth and identity with Wes Patterson after decades living in the shadows

WHAT TO EXPECT:

6pm: Doors open! Arrive early to save your seat, purchase drinks and snacks from the no-host bar, and enter our raffle to support suicide awareness and prevention through the local no-profit, FailSafe for Life.

7pm: Premiere Screening Begins!

While viewer discretion is advised, this is also an event we encourage students to attend ages 13+ as we seek to share stories covering topics anyone could find themselves struggling with.

UNCOVERED is a for-purpose, storytelling platform that exists to give anyone the opportunity to share their story of overcoming shame or some sort of secret along with a message of hope or inspiration.

Stories are selected through a submission process at StoriesUncovered.com, giving anyone the opportunity to have their story magnified and shared in a beautiful, docu-style production.
