For our Easter Buffet, we will have four stations including:

1. Breakfast Station

   • Scrambled Eggs + Ham Steak

   • Egg Benedict

   • French Toast

   • Seasoned Potatoes / Hashbrowns

   • Sausage & Candied Bacon

   • Biscuit & Gravy

2. Omelet & Carving Station

   • Omelet Station: mushroom, onion, mixed bell papers, tomato, ham, ground sausage, bacon, mix cheese

   • Carving Station: Prime Rib/Pork Loin/Roast Beef/Glazed Ham/Steam Ship Rounds

   • Waffle & Pancake Station-make to order

3. Salads, Cold Foods, Pastry, & Fruit Station

   • Salads: Waldorf Salad, Egg Salad, Caesar Salad, Spring Mix, Gelatin Salad

   • Salad Dressing: Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island, Blue Cheese

   • Cold Foods: Deviled Eggs, Fruit Cups (custard/whipped cream & chocolate mousse)

   • Fruits: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honey Dew, Grape, Orange

   • Bread & Breakfast Pastry Station

4. Charcuterie, Cheese, & Dessert Station

   • 2 Charcuterie Boards

   • 2 Cheese Boards

   • 2 Cracker Boards

   • Nuts and Dry Fruits & Condiments in bowls

   • 5 Desserts: Petite Fours, Lemon Squares, Carrot Cake, Red Velvet Muffins, New York Cheese Cake, Black Forest Cake
