In this two-day workshop, you will be guided through a series of writing and improvisation activities to unfold the wonders of uncertainty and thriving in the creative unknown. 

Using play, collaboration, courage, self-compassion, discussion, joy, discovery, community, surprise, insight, words, and wordlessness, we will sally into untapped potential. We aim to reduce limiting beliefs, procrastination, self-judgment, and resistance to whole-hearted creativity. 

Writers, creatives, expressives of all levels are welcome!

This two-day event takes place Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 to 4:30 at the Harmony Woods Retreat. Places are limited so we recommend early registration. Coffee, tea, and nourishing snacks and lunch will be provided.

Bring something to write with and on, and we’ll guide you through a creative expression adventure sure to inspire your heart and mind!
